We’re seeking a barista to join our little team!
We’re a small, independent coffee place, working with roasters from around the world who are intentional about coffee.
What you’ll be doing:
– Dialling in and preparing espresso with consistency and attention to detail
– Working with pour-over (V60, Origami) and batch brew
– Moving between the machine and the floor — making coffee & serving clients
– Handling busy moments with calm and awareness
– Keeping the bar and workspace clean, organised, and smooth throughout the day
What we’re looking for:
– Someone who is comfortable with solo shifts
– Someone who likes both people and coffee
– At least 1 year in specialty coffee
– Confident with espresso calibration + manual brewing (V60 / Origami) (& and open to learn)
– Comfortable on the floor as well as behind the machine
– Fluent in English and French
– Good small team energy
What we offer:
– CDI – 35h/week
– ≈1650 net +≈ 200 tips (Negotiable after 3 months)
– Mutuelle + 50% Navigo
– Work with quality equipment (Kees van der Westen, Mahlkönig, Paragon)
