Alluma is a chef-driven restaurant in Paris 11, offering seasonal cuisine with Mediterranean influences. The menu evolves with the market, with a focus on precision, balance, and a low-waste approach. Our wine list highlights organic, biodynamic, and natural wines.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our small, dedicated team.
The role:
– 29 hours per week
– Prep and service
– Working closely with the chef
Profile:
– Solid experience as CDP or strong demi
– Organized, reliable, detail-oriented
– Team player who cares about quality and consistency
