We’re a small, independent specialty coffee shop in Paris 11, working with intentional roasters from around the world who care deeply about coffee, alongside a creative seasonal food and pastry menu.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing espresso, filter, and milk-based coffees
- Dialling in coffee and adjusting recipes throughout the day
- Steaming and texturing milk, including latte art
- Serving customers and creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere
- Moving between barista and service duties
- Keeping the bar clean, organised, and consistent
Who we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of barista experience in specialty coffee
- Comfortable with dialling in, extraction, milk texture, and latte art
- Familiar with filter coffee and different brewing methods
- Versatile, reliable, and curious about coffee
- Comfortable with working in bar and service
- Fluent in French and English
- Available to work weekends
What we offer:
– CDD/CDI – 20–25 hours/week
– Salary according to experience
