We’re looking for a kitchen intern to join our team at Harvest, a specialty coffee shop in Paris 11.

This internship (2–4 months) is ideal for someone from a culinary school or recent graduate, looking to gain hands-on experience in a small, quality-driven coffee shop kitchen.

What you’ll learn:

1. Daily savory prep and pastry/cake production
2. Working with seasonal ingredients and thoughtful sourcing
3. Kitchen organization and maintaining consistency and quality
4. How a small kitchen operates closely with service and coffee

Who we’re looking for:

1. Familiar with both savory cooking and pastry/cakes
2. Interest in seasonal cooking and quality ingredients
3. Comfortable working in a small space and team
4. Speaking both French and English

Details:

1. Location: Paris 11
2. Duration: 2–4 months
3. Shifts between 8-17h
4. Internship agreement required (via school or France Travail – PMSMP)
