Alluma recrute — Serveur / Serveuse
Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour rejoindre notre petite équipe chez Alluma, Paris 11e.
Alluma, c’est une cuisine méditerranéenne contemporaine, créative et très saisonnière, accompagnée d’une sélection de vins naturels et biodynamiques.
En salle, on aime un service chaleureux, naturel et précis, dans une ambiance décontractée. On cherche quelqu’un avec une vraie passion et curiosité pour la cuisine et le vin, qui aime partager cette passion avec les clients et qui a envie de continuer à apprendre.
Nous sommes une petite équipe où la salle et la cuisine travaillent étroitement ensemble. On cherche donc avant tout quelqu’un de fiable, curieux, avec de l’énergie, de la personnalité et un vrai esprit d’équipe.
Une expérience en restauration est importante, mais la personnalité, la passion et l’envie d’apprendre comptent tout autant.
Français et anglais indispensables.

We’re looking for someone to join our small team at Alluma, Paris 11th.
Alluma is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant with a creative, highly seasonal menu and a carefully selected list of natural and biodynamic wines.
Our style of service is warm, natural and precise, in a relaxed atmosphere. We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion and curiosity for food and wine, who enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with guests and is eager to keep learning.
We’re a small team where the kitchen and front of house work closely together, so we’re looking for someone reliable and curious, with energy, personality and a strong team spirit.
Restaurant experience is important, but personality, passion and the desire to learn matter just as much to us.
Fluent French and English are essential.
