Kitchen Position – Project Sausage (Paris 11)
4 days per week
Project Sausage – The British Deli is looking for an experienced kitchen professional to join our small production team.
We are open to either a Pastry Chef or a Chef de Partie, depending on your background and strengths.
About the role
- 4 days per week
- Some early starts from 6:00am
- Daytime production kitchen
- Preparation of British deli products: pies, sausage rolls, baked goods, sandwiches, and seasonal items
- Small, organised team where everything is made in-house
Requirements
- Professional kitchen experience essential
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
- Reliable, organised, and clean in your work
- Comfortable with early morning production
- English or French speaking
