Kitchen Position – Project Sausage (Paris 11)

4 days per week

Project Sausage – The British Deli is looking for an experienced kitchen professional to join our small production team.

We are open to either a Pastry Chef or a Chef de Partie, depending on your background and strengths.

About the role

  1. 4 days per week
  2. Some early starts from 6:00am
  3. Daytime production kitchen
  4. Preparation of British deli products: pies, sausage rolls, baked goods, sandwiches, and seasonal items
  5. Small, organised team where everything is made in-house

Requirements

  1. Professional kitchen experience essential
  2. Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
  3. Reliable, organised, and clean in your work
  4. Comfortable with early morning production
  5. English or French speaking
