Cuisinier·ère (cuisine & pâtisserie) - CDI/CDD 25-30H

We’re looking for a cuisinier·ère to join our team at Harvest, a specialty coffee shop in Paris 11.

This is a 20–25h position (CDD, with possibility of CDI), experienced working in a small kitchen environment.

Who you are:

1. At least 1 year experience in a coffee shop or similar environment (Stage is also possible)
2. Comfortable and experienced with both savory prep and pastry/cakes
3. Available for regular weekend shifts
4. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
5. Team-oriented and easy to work with
6. Comfortable in English and French

What you’ll do:

1. Handle savory food prep and pastry/cake production
2. Ensure consistency and quality of dishes
3. Help maintain a smooth flow between kitchen and bar
4. Support the team during service when needed

We offer:

1. 25–30h/week, CDI/CDD
2. 50% Navigo + mutuelle + staff meals
